Order Process

Ordering

As the customer it is your responsibility to make sure all filled in information is correct so we can ensure a succesfull fulfilment of your order.

Shipping costs will be applied based on product properties and shipping address.

If the items in your order have different availabilities we will send you the products we have in stock first. The other part of your order will be sent to you as soon as it is back in stock.

It is possible that some products in your order cannot be shipped to your location. This is the case if upon checkout you get the message: “Sorry, an item in your cart can’t be shipped to your location”. For more information if you encounter this issue go to the Delivery section of this article.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • IDEAL
  • PayPal
  • Credit Card (via PayPal)
  • Direct Bank Transfer

When using the Credit Card payment method addition transaction fees may be charged.

When using the Direct Bank Transfer payment method make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the payment has been received in our account.
Our bank details will be displayed on the next after you have placed an order.

Delivery

Delivery

We currently deliver to everywhere in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Some products may have limited shipping availability to some countries. If a product deviates from our usual shipping regions it is stated in it’s description.

You can calculate your shipping costs upon checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your county.

After your order has been processed your order will be updated with tracking information.

Carriers

For orders in the Netherlands we use Post-NL as carrier and DHL in the rest of Europe. Shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page and in the confirmation email.

Returns & Refunds

Returns

If you want to return an order please send us an email at info@damscommerce.nl with all order information including the order number and the reason of return. The email subject must contain the word “Return” and your order number.

Returns are accepted if you:

  • Bought the wrong size/type
  • Changed your mind

Return shipping costs will be compensated for if the product is:

  • Not as described
  • Damaged on arrival
  • Not what you ordered

If an item is to be returned it must be in its original packaging and arrive back at our office undamaged (If it wasn’t upon reception), so it’s the responsibility of the customer to package the product sufficiently to prevent shipping damage.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error as listed above.

Refunds

If you want a refund you have to return the product and state in the email that a refund is required. After the product has been received by us the appropriate amount of money will be refunded to your account.
