Where do you ship to?

We currently deliver to everywhere in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Some products may have limited shipping availability to some countries.

Where can I find my orders?

You can find your past orders in My account or check your e-mail for our confirmation e-mails.

Use the bank details above for the payment. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the payment has been received in our account.


I did not receive a confirmation e-mail, what now?

Relax. It can take up to a few minutes for you to receive the confirmation e-mail.

The confirmation e-mail might’ve ended in your spam/junk folder. Mark our e-mail as ‘no spam’ to correctly receive future e-mails from us.


I made a mistake in my order, what should I do?

Don’t panic! If you need to correct your order, please send us an e-mail with your order information as soon as possible. We can still change the details of your order if you notify us early enough.

Where do I enter a coupon code?

You can enter your coupon code when checking out.


When I order multiple products, will they arrive together?

If all goes according to plan yes, but if some items in your order have different availabilities we will send you the products we have in stock first. The other part of your order will be sent to you as soon as it is back in stock. Please refer to our Delivery & Return Policy for more info.
